Registering domain
From the last 1-2 years i was willing to register my website and in the last 1 - 2 months this willingness came to it's peek :) and i registered domain name (name will posted in the next post). Moreover i was willing to locate my both blogs and other web links at a single place.
Registering was easy but with the never seen domain panels installing and maintaining the stuff was a bit difficult, Now it is almost done and website is about to up in a day or two.
I had chosen Godaddy domain provider for registration. Everthing was goin ok but when i had uploaded my punjabi website over there, then after the DNS update they started giving adds on all the pages as this was not a premium or deluxe account. So then i registred another Wordpress Blog and linked this blog to the main page of my website and on this blog i will put up all the needed links and stuff. (This was the best option and is done keeping in mind that other blogs remains unchanged).
Would also like to thank Amardeep Sidhu for his valuable suggstions in the work. Links will be updated in the next post.

Websites Migrated
As Google has been stopping the support for the websites hosted on googlepages as they are moving them to google sites, the same support has been widthdrawn from all of my websites hosted there, below are the old links
Now these websites have been moved to google sites and all the webpages have been removed by the google, all we have a just single index page (as Google Sites do not support web pages to be stored on their website like Googlepages). Point to say is that they are removing every page hosted on the Googlepages server just to make Google Sites popular. I dn't think this is the right way. What they can do is that they can decrease the web space to 10 mb/site (Currently they were giving 100mb/site and 5 sites/Account). Firstly they were giving 500mb/account and now they are not ready to give even a 1 mb/account. This is Goooooogle. :)
So from Now: The link www.harmeet.co.cc will be pointing to > My Blog on Current Topics (Click Here).
The link www.gurdasmaan.co.nr will be pointing to a page where the GM forum link will be displayed with the reason why old site is not here (Click Here).
I dnt have any option for Punjabi Site hosted on Googlepages and the link pointing to it (www.ourpunjab.co.nr). Will sort this later.
The Poetry I Love Blog can be reached from the original link (http://harmeetsinghsidhu.wordpress.com) or from the link in Me Elsewhere section of Blog on Current Topics.
BTW: I had added search widget, recent comment widget, twitter updates, blog roll widget and me elsewhere widget and live traffic feed to the Current Topics Blog. This can be checked in the frame in LHS in the blog page. More Widgets will be added as needed.
"Don't be evil" is the informal corporate motto (or slogan) of Google. Question is that are they upto it?

Streetviews
The feature provides users 360° horizontal and 290° vertical panoramic street level views within Google Maps. Google collects these images using special cameras and equipment that capture and match images to a specific location using GPS devices. Once the images are captured, they are "sewn" together to create a 360° panorama. Faces and license plates are blurred before the panorama images are served and become viewable in Google Maps.
Once the photographs have been taken by the special vehicles they go through computer processing to make them ready for showing on Google Maps.
In Canada street views is available in almost all the famous cities (including my one).
The picture above is of my current home Malton - Canada, that was awesome.
To use this feature simply goto Google Maps and drag the pegmen (man shaped icon on the map) to the street where you want to view (at streetlevel).
Technology Rocks. Hats Off.

Lesson # ?
A turkey was chatting with a bull." I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree," sighed the turkey, "but I haven't got the energy. "Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?" replied the bull. "They're packed with nutrients. "The turkey pecked at a lump of dung and found that it actually gave him enough strength to reach the first branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fortnight, there he was proudly perched at the top of the tree. Soon he was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot the turkey out of the tree.
Lesson: Bullshit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there.
